About Nicholas Motz
Cincinnati native, graduate of St. Xavier High School and University of Cincinnati’s School of Design Industrial Design program. With a strong German, family-business work ethic, and a sincere interest in real estate, Nick began purchasing, remodeling and managing his own residential and commercial properties in the early 90’s. Nick has since broadened his real estate umbrella – now a 27-year real estate sales practitioner - licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky. Today, Motz offers cross-spectrum services for his clients – from sales/leasing to remodel/construction to property development.
